Helicopter touches down in Manchester park following reports of a stabbing incident.

Authorities are present at the location following a reported stabbing incident at a park in Manchester this morning.

Reports of a stabbing in north Manchester this morning prompted emergency services to take action.

Police and paramedics were seen on Ash Tree Road in Crumpsall, near the Methodist Church. Witnesses mentioned witnessing a helicopter landing in the nearby Crumpsall Park.

According to Greater Manchester Police, they reacted to reports of a stabbing, with two individuals reportedly sustaining minor slash injuries. Two men and one woman were arrested on suspicion of affray. The incident was 'isolated', GMP said.

A spokesperson for GMP stated that officers responded to a disturbance on Ash Tree Road in Crumpsall this morning. Upon arrival, two individuals were treated for minor injuries that did not necessitate hospitalization.

Two men and one woman have been apprehended on suspicion of affray and are currently in police custody.

"This is an isolated incident with no risk to the general public."
